Homeowner Warranty Service Information

When our office knows the date of your closing we will schedule a day and time for you to meet with our Field Supervisor for a walk-through. This walk-through is usually scheduled two to three days BEFORE your closing.

The purpose of the walk-through is to show you everything about your home and to answer any questions you may have. This is also a good time to make your list of things you would like touched up or things that our crew may have missed. As a rule, these things are done before the day of your closing. Anything that may not have been done before the closing is then added to the schedule to be completed.

After you move in, we know that you will find additional things that need attention. Touch ups, adjustments, things tightened, etc. are normal occurrences. We ask that you please wait for ONE MONTH** to get a complete list together and then submit the list to our office. This gives you time to "discover" what is needed.

**Leaking or broken appliances need to be addressed immediately! Contact our office or a Subcontractor on our list ASAP!

Once your list has been received, the proper repair crew will be notified and a date and time will be scheduled for the repair work.

First & Last Name
Subdivision & Lot Number
Municipal Street Address
NEW Home Phone Number
Any Additional Contact Numbers You Wish to Use (Cell, work, etc.)

Please list the items for attention with detailed information on what needs to be done.
